How Does a Renters Insurance Claim Work?
There may come a time when you need to file a claim through your NJM renters insurance. In such cases, it's important to notify NJM as soon as possible and provide us with an inventory of lost or damaged items and other necessary documentation. You should also inform the police or credit card company in case of theft or compromised credit cards.
An NJM adjuster will review your claim, assess policy details, and determine if your policy covers the claim and for how much.

What Can Renters Insurance Cover?

We'll pay the medical bills up to your coverage limits.
