As an NJM customer or authorized broker, you can report a Workers' Compensation insurance claim online and view the history of the amount of medical and indemnity benefits paid by NJM, including costs for treatment.

NJM offers a full complement of managed care services. Our Managed Care Organization network includes occupational medicine centers, physical therapy centers, physicians, imaging facilities, acute-care and rehabilitation hospitals, and other providers that are either directly contracted with NJM or with our PPO partners. No Out-of-Pocket Pharmacy Expenses
We also offer a pharmacy benefit to our Workers' Compensation insurance customers. Our program covers the cost of prescriptions for employees who become sick or are injured at work with no out-of-pocket expense. The program is accepted by most major pharmacy chains. Learn more.
