What if I forget my user name and/or password?

To recover your password:

  1. Navigate to the Login Page.
  2. Click on “Forgot your password?”
  3. Enter your email address and follow the prompts provided.
How can I update my personal contact information?

You can update your contact information by logging in to your profile.

I’m having a problem when I use my browser’s navigation buttons. What can I do?

Please do not use your browser’s “Back,” “Forward” or “Refresh” buttons to navigate the NJM Careers site. It may cause unexpected results, including the loss of data or being logged out of the system. Please use only the navigational buttons within the site.

How can I import details from my resume or social media profiles?

Apply for a position. When starting your application, select Autofill with Resume. Upload your resume as a DOC, DOCX, HTML, PDF, or TXT file.

Learn how to create a PDF resume from your LinkedIn profile. You can also enter the URL for your LinkedIn profile when filling in your experience.

How can I create Job Search Alerts?

Sign up for emailed alerts and job recommendations when you Log In to your career profile. Select Job Alerts and follow the prompts.

  • Give your job alert a name.
  • Select your frequency of alerts.
  • Identify your country location.
  • Select your job category.
  • Identify the NJM location that works for you.
  • Select your job type.
  • Select the time type.
How does “Join Our Talent Community” work?

Join Our Talent Community to let us know you are interested in a position with NJM. We will add your contact information to our list of prospective applicants and our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the subscription preference links in the email footer. If you create an NJM Careers account, you do not also need to introduce yourself.

We recommend that you also create Job Search Alerts to be notified of new job listings in your desired field.
