Payment Relief

In April and July, we refunded $69.4 million in premium refunds to eligible personal auto insurance customers through the NJM Policyholder Relief Program. In November, NJM issued a special dividend/third refund check to voluntary personal auto customers. Learn more.

In October, commercial auto policyholders who had active policies as of October 1, 2020 received a refund of the equivalent of 15% of two months of annual premium. Learn more.
